Derek Newcomer, a Professional Engineer specializing in Geotechnical Engineering, has 30 years of experience in the field. Graduating from the University of South Florida in 2008, Derek is also a licensed General Contractor. Outside of work, he finds relaxation in both fishing and motorcycle racing.

Tristin recently joined our Cape Coral team in 2024. Although, she is new to the engineering side of construction; she has been in the construction administrative field for over 20 years. Her hometown is Utah, but she and her family have been enjoying the Florida beaches and full time sunshine since her move to Florida last year.

Outside of work Camryn enjoys doing anything outdoors such as Camping, Fishing, and going to the Skatepark to hang out with friends and family!
