Our drafting service includes the development of a set of plans required for permit by your municipality. This can include the entire set of plans for residential and only the structural portion for commercial. Our drafting program is AutoCAD and can work with any .dwg or .dxf files.

Inspections are most commonly used to help identify a problem, or to confirm that there isn't an issue. Our inspections are done by trained technicians with experience in the field. If structural deficiencies are found, a licensed structural engineer can design and detail repairs which are compliant to the current set of codes and standards.
